The GMU MSA frequently holds lectures that explore topics relevant to Islam and Muslims in our modern day collegiate environment. Lectures aim to increase our communal knowledge about proper practices, behaviors and mindsets as encouraged by Islamic teachings. In addition to increasing spirituality, such events are hosted in an effort to instill positive habits and behaviors. Such lectures are frequently followed by dinner or refreshments and an opportunity for audience questions.

All events are open to any and everyone (unless otherwise specified as male or female only events)! Muslim or not, you are more than welcome to join us. Family, friends and community members are always more than welcome.
